How they want you to remember Frosty

Frosty—the Myth and the Reality

It appears that there were actually TWO Frostys. One of them was apparently an impostor. But he gave his name as Frosty. Why? Well, in late Fall of the same year that Frosty showed up, word got back to the authorities of a bizarre animated snowman. By authorities, we don’t mean the traffic cop who yelled stop at Frosty. We’re talking Men in Black.

These government agents were concerned that Frosty was an alien, or perhaps a robotic alien probe disguised as a snowman. A decision was made at the highest levels to bring him in for some questioning.

One night in early November an unmarked van screeched to a halt in front of Frosty. Five men in dark clothes jumped out, threw a blanket over Frosty and bundled him into the van. There was only one witness, one of the local children, and who was not taken seriously when he told the townsfolk that a snowman had been kidnapped.

Frosty was taken to a secure refrigerated facility outside of Schenectady, NY, and held for over a month.
